Yes! Under DGCA regulations, a valid ICAO Private Pilot License issued by CAAP (Philippines) can be converted or credited directly towards your DGCA CPL/PPL requirements after passing DGCA composite exams.
A PPL allows you to fly for private/personal purposes or carry non-paying passengers. To fly as a paid pilot for commercial airlines, you continue from PPL directly into Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training.
